Netwriters

Who do I like to read? Well beyond my interests in literature and fiction, the following are some of the cool people I admire and/or have met online. Check them out!
  • Comicality's Shack Out Back: What can I say? I love his "New Kid in School" Saga. He has quite an active message board community from all accounts, though I have not participated yet.
  • Confusion: Rob is the guy that inspired me to write around gay themes. His Confusion series is a great psychology-driven masterpiece. Rob's site seems to be down for a while, but hopefully he'll be back soon.
  • Dylan's Avalon: My buddy Dylan is putting together what promises to be a GREAT story about teen love. Check out his Tripod site!
  • The Ice Zone: Tyrel is writing an AWESOME series about a group of close friends, some of whom are gay/bi. Tyrel himself is also quite cool.
  • Johnny's CD Reviews: Ok, so it's not just CD reviews, it also has a series of photos (of Johnny, of course). I don't know him very well, yet, but his no-holds-barred reviews make me laugh.

In the News

Know your world! If you know what is being reported and can make up your own mind as to what may really be going on, then you will be a benefit to your community and the world. Get into the habit of at least watching the nightly news if you do not have time for a newspaper. Please do not be one of that large percentage of US citizens who could not describe, in even general terms, where Iraq or the Persian Gulf are (this in the midst of the "Gulf War"!)
